Description
Red velvet. On the website I found 4 version of this famous cake, but mine is slightly different and ingredients, and decoration. I baked it many times and each time was decorated differently. This time the DR decided to decorate with roses, watching on the Internet how it's done ( and the recipe is there, too: met in different blogs). The cake was very tasty, really velvety and, as guests have said, beautiful. Try it and you!

Cooking
Ingredients for small cake D. 16-18 cm (two layers), but if you, like me, need a large cake - just double. I have a form D. 24cm., the bottom of which should be covered with parchment. The temperature in the oven put on 180 gr.
Eggs with sugar, beat at high speed incandescent ( about 6 minutes)
Still whisking, add vanilla essence, paint...
In a separate container, mix the yogurt (buttermilk), baking soda and vegetable oil.
And pour in the egg mixture on the Nike speed possible and manually.
At the end of the piece fold in flour. mixed with baking powder, cocoa and salt and knead until smooth.
The dough pour in 2 forms and bake until tender:if a small something about 30 minutes, my cake layers were baked for 45 minutes. Finished cakes leave to cool and prepare the cream themselves, which is very, VERY easy: just mix the cheese, butter and powdered sugar. The only condition - and cheese and butter d. b. room fact-ry.
Cooled cakes. if I can do that with small volcanoes. trim
And lubricate first cream lower...
And then put the top 2nd and slightly crushing, to cover with cream from all sides. Send to cool for a couple of hours in the fridge.
You can decorate! This time I decorated with cream "Meringue" ( Swiss buttercream), after adding the red paint.
