Cupcake with peppers and feta
Very delicious and very simple snack cake fillings which can vary according to their tastes. I stopped at this version: sweet bell pepper + mix cheese and feta, and the result is mouth-watering cupcake, which like all without exception.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Feta

    130 g

  • Milk

    6 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

Cooking

Take red and yellow bell peppers, each half.

Cut into cubes (small - 0.5x0.5 cm), slightly damp, either in a pan or in the microwave on full power for 2 minutes.

Mix eggs, milk and butter.

Pour the flour with the baking powder and the grated cheese. Mix well.

Feta cut into cubes. The smaller the cubes, the better. Feta and pepper to the batter, mix well.

Spread into a greased with sunflower oil form (my form disposable aluminum lasagna size 11х22 cm) and put in a preheated to 180*C oven. Bake for 45 minutes.

After a time cupcake remove from oven, let cool and only after that carefully (the cake is very tender) remove from the mold.

Cut into pieces and serve.
