Cooking
A mixer to mix inside and sour cream until smooth at high speeds.
Stir in the ground one egg, milk and butter, after each product they are bringing to uniformity.
In a separate container mix the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, cocoa and vanilla sugar.
The mixer stir on low speed at flour mixture to the liquid ingredients. Once all the dry ingredients get wet, kneading to stop. With a spoon stir in the crushed chocolate. The muffin lay paper molds, the oven heated to 175 degrees.
Put the dough in molds and send in the oven for 20 minutes.
