Very tender pastries, and just melts in your mouth. The dough is based on Jasmine tea. You can use any flavoured tea of Your choice.

Cooking
First need make green tea. Pour a tablespoon of tea 260 ml of boiling water and leave until cool. Then carefully strain the tea.
Softened margarine, mix with 6 tablespoons of sugar.
Separate the yolks from the whites. Continuously rubbing, add to the mass of yolks.
Measure out 350 grams of flour, pour the vanilla and baking powder, mix well. To sugar-margarine mass add, alternately, flour and tea, carefully mixing.
Then to the batter add grated lemon zest and a spoonful of brandy. Mix well.
Three proteins vzbit in a solid foam with 4 tbsp sugar.
Carefully enter the proteins in the dough, stirring in one direction.
Remained put the dough in molds. If the shape of the silicone spray it with water. If simple - brush with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Remove in a preheated 180 gr. the oven for one hour.
It is possible to decorate, of course, whatever you like! I melted the chocolate and mixed it with lemon juice.
