Zucchini fritters and cabbage
The pancakes turn out tender inside and crispy crust.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Cabbage

    0.5 plug

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Semolina

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Spices

Fine chop the cabbage and boil in water until soft. Allow to dry in colander.

Zucchini grate on a coarse grater, salt and leave for 30 min. Squeeze zucchini with juice.

In a Cup to fold the cabbage, zucchini, salt, pepper, add eggs, semolina and flour. Mix well.

Prepared vegetable mass lay spoon on a heated frying pan in oil.

Fry on both sides.

Homemade and served with sour cream.
