Bought a gorgeous frozen herring and came across this delicious and simple recipe. I want to share with You. Given that herring is rich in natural fish oil and not too rich, this recipe can be used when diepiriye in the Post.

Cooking
Take herrings, wash, peel, from the heads remove the gills.
With the help of a blender (or grinder) grind onion, garlic and ginger.
Cook onion marinade. Added to crushed mass of sunflower oil "Oleyna", mustard with seeds, ground coriander, salt and svezhemoloty a mixture of peppers, stir.
Grate onion marinade inside and outside herring.
Take a sheet of parchment, grease with remaining sunflower oil "Oleyna".
Put the herring on the parchment.
Wrap the fish in parchment (in the form of a "dumpling"). Put on a baking sheet in preheated to 200 degrees oven, bake 25-30 minutes.
Herring is served directly in the parchment, opening before use. This fish is delicious both hot and cold. Bon appetit!
