Tomato pie with ham, green peas and olives
One of the options of savoury pastries for snacks on the road, school and work.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Leavening agent

    15 g

  • Milk

    120 ml

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    50 ml

  • Green peas

    30 g

  • Ham

    50 g

  • Black olives

    20 g

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Mix the flour with agrihotel; add warm cream or milk, salt, pepper, aromatic herbs, olive oil, sugar, mix; add beaten eggs and knead the dough until smooth.

Add the tomato or red pesto (or tomato sauce and "pesto" 1:1), grated on a fine grater cheese.

Then add: sliced in small pieces of ham and olives; peas (if peas are frozen - defrost pre-on "a steam bath" or in the microwave).

Knead the dough until smooth and put in a greased form for cupcakes.

Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for about 40 minutes.
