Tea cake with frozen berries
The beauty of this cake is that it is possible to use any frozen berries. I have a gooseberry and sea buckthorn. The cake turns out very fragrant and delicate, and is preparing quite simple!

Beat butter with sugar and vanilla sugar. At a time, whisking, add in eggs.
