Description
"Italian fantasy". Pasta, smoked salmon and... Apple baked in Bechamel sauce. Very quick and easy to prepare, but tastes fantastic work. I cook this gratin quite often - love it all! I hope you will like it and. I would like to mention that this recipe - imagination on the Italian theme, add to the competition with the permission of the administration and deliberately take a risk by writing it in "Italian cuisine". Who wants to cook tomatoes...

Cooking
Boil pasta according to instructions. 100 grams is the weight of dry pasta! If it's a bit more - nothing bad will happen...
Clean the Apple and cut into small slices or cubes.
The red fillet of smoked fish cut into strips, cubes, slices - whatever you like.
For the Bechamel sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan and debait the flour, stirring constantly. Cooking sauce needs on low heat.
In small portions add milk, without ceasing to interfere, and dissolve in this oil-flour mixture. When consisteny sauce is achieved, add salt, pepper, dill, lemon juice and grated hard cheese. Give the cheese to melt and remove from heat.
Mix in one container of pasta, sauce, fish and an Apple. If needed, add to taste.
Put in a baking dish greased with oil and lay out on gratin thin slices of butter. Cover with foil and bake in the oven at 200*C for 20 minutes.
Show the same casserole, but with a different type of pasta.
Grate the Parmesan cheese. Remove the foil and sprinkle gratin Parmesan cheese, continue to bake in the clear for another 10 minutes.
