Cooking
First you need to prepare chocolate cake - very soft, moist, not needing impregnation, so-called "Chocolate water". Mix the dry ingredients: 1 tbsp. flour 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp soda and baking powder (no slides) and 4 tbsp cocoa. Cocoa is better to sift through.
1 egg and stir everything well.
Then add 0.5 glass of milk and again stir well.
Now by parts add the dry mixture.
Then add 1/4 Cup of vegetable oil, and at least 0.5 of Cup of boiling water.
In a baking dish 20х28см put the paper for baking, put the dough and bake in a heated to 200 degrees oven for about 20 minutes.
Cool the sponge, then cut into squares 7x7 or 8x8 cm
Now you need to prepare the ganache. 100 ml cream bring to a boil, pour them 100g chopped chocolate and stir well until it has a smooth and shiny mass.
Sponge squares to cover with ganache.
Trim sponge cake to chop and mix with coconut. Sponge squares to connect the two pieces to the sides to put the remaining ganache and sprinkle biscuit and coconut.
For the production of Christmas trees in a water bath to melt 150 g of chocolate. The baking paper from kornetika to produce TIC with a length of 5, 3, 1.5 cm per tree is 3-4 cross each length. Length/number of crosses can vary in its sole discretion. Until the chocolate is frozen, it can be sprinkled on top of sugar balls or candy powder - to make a semblance of Christmas decorations. Remove chocolate crosses in the fridge to solidify.
