Arancini
Took the recipe from a favorite magazine "School of Gastronome". Arancini is an Italian appetizer of Fig. The balls are stuffed with, usually, some kind of fish filling.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Bread crumbs

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Canned fish

    160 g

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

In boiling salted water to fall asleep, not washing, Fig. To give the water more time to boil, reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes. Shift the rice in a bowl.

Add half of the grated on a coarse grater cheese, butter and 2 eggs.

Mix thoroughly. The dough is ready.

Sprats mash with a fork.

Dill chop, add to the sprats. Also sprats add the remaining cheese.

Stir. The stuffing is ready.

From the dough make the cake, in the middle put 1 tsp of the filling and form a ball.
