Macaroons
I finished the last notes of classic sketches, tapped out a rhythm metronome, an untied bow tie. You can relax. Want something a little unusual, tasty, bright, tangy and spicy, but still want coffee. Cooking gamma of flavors of macaroons will be just that — sweet and salty, soft and pungent, aromatic and warm. And she's definitely suited to strong coffee without sugar.

Ingredients

  • Almonds

    100 g

  • Quail egg

    6 piece

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Cumin

    0.5 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Ginger

    0.25 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.25 tsp

Break the quail eggs and separate the yolks from the whites.

Melt butter, cool it a bit. Almond crumb mix with sugar and melted butter.

Hot coffee only accentuate the entire range of flavor for this cookie. However, these little almond crackers may well come to red wine.
