Break the quail eggs and separate the yolks from the whites.
Melt butter, cool it a bit. Almond crumb mix with sugar and melted butter.

Vystelim a baking sheet baking paper, lightly grease with butter. Spread the almond paste in the form of small circles (about 1-2 tsp of dough for each).
Top lubricated with lightly beaten egg yolk.
Sprinkle with coarse salt. Put to bake at 180 degrees in the oven.
After 15 minutes the cookies are ready.
Hot coffee only accentuate the entire range of flavor for this cookie. However, these little almond crackers may well come to red wine.
