I really love cakes with sauerkraut. Now made strudel with the stuffing.

Cooking
1. In a pan heat oil. Onions chop, fry until transparent, then add the cabbage and fry. Add soy sauce, sugar, pepper to taste.
2. Mix in a bowl the sifted flour with salt. Gradually add oil and flour and knead the dough. If you want you can even add 2-3 tsp of water
3. Knead the dough on the working surface for 15-20 minutes until smooth and elastic. From ready-made dough make a ball, put on a plate or in a bowl. Then the Cup, which will cover the dough pour boiling water, wait until the Cup is hot. Pour the water Cup wiped dry and cover with the pastry. Leave to rest for 20-30 minutes. The finished dough out thinly.
4. On the dough put the cabbage, sprinkle with chopped parsley, gently roll the roulade. On top of the grease.
5. The oven heat to 180C. To cook the strudel for about 20-25 minutes. Bon appetit!
