Oh, I love pancakes! And even despite the fact that like in carnival indulged themselves more than once, at the end still continue to want them. I have one recipe pancakes are not only tasty but also healthy, but still lean. Because they are based on millet flakes and millet is a surprisingly useful cereal! But about all under the order.

Cooking
Millet flakes pour 3 cups of hot water, stir, cover and leave for 3 minutes to infuse. I use flakes of TM "Mistral", they can simply add water (if using other cereal, smartie insturction on the packaging, maybe they need to boil). Mess we need liquid, otherwise when you add the flour it will turn into a piece of dough.
The resulting mush leave to cool. I have turned out a bit too thick, a little water poured, had separately diluted.
Then add the flour and mix thoroughly to avoid lumps.
Add 1 Cup of water, salt, sugar (for sweet lovers more sugar) and yeast and again all mix well. Put in a warm place until the dough has risen, cover it with a towel.
After 2 hours, pour 1.5 cups hot water (not boiling!), stir again and leave the dough to rest for 15 minutes.
All our dough is ready, begin to bake pancakes, greasing the pan as necessary. I smeared an average of 1 every 5 pancakes. Much oil is not necessary, otherwise pancakes will absorb it like a sponge.
