Cooking
Turkey fillet lightly beat off.
Marinated in a mixture of salt, pepper, aromatic herbs and olive oil for 10-15 minutes.
Steaks quickly (literally a few seconds) to brown on both sides in a well heated pan without adding oil.
Greens coarsely chop; mozzarella cut into 2 pieces; garlic is clean and skip through the frog.
For each steak to put on the half of greens, a teaspoon of pesto (optional) and half of the mozzarella.
Fold the steaks in half and secure with wooden sticks or toothpicks. [i] (Left space - but so necessary).[/i]
Bake in preheated oven (200-220°C) for 10-15 minutes just before serving, and served with a sauce that stood out during baking. Bon appetit!
