Pancakes
The name came for two reasons: FIRST - I baked these pancakes almost nightly, and the SECOND color of the pancakes!!! It is absolute improvisation, but I was shocked on how good it was...

Ingredients

  • Milk

    700 ml

  • Flour

    7 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Sunflower oil

    100 g

  • Cheese

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Condensed milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

  • Beets

    2 piece

First make the dough: flour mixed with soda, sugar and salt, and small portions pour the milk, stirring carefully all the lumps.

Whisk in a blender with 2 eggs and boiled beets.

here is our basic dough and ready... BUT, I'll make 2 kinds of pancakes, so divide the dough roughly in half, depending on what kind of pancakes I want more food or dessert. In the first half, add salt to taste and blend of Italian herbs, the SECOND vanilla, and sugar to taste.
