Cooking
In a convenient bowl pour a little bit of warm milk, dissolve the yeast in it, add sugar and salt. All stir well. Mix the vanilla with flour and pour the flour into the mixture. Knead the dough. Before the end of the batch to put softened butter, it should fully connect with the test. Knead the dough until needed, until it no longer sticks to the pan and hands. Sprinkle it with flour and put in a warm place to rise.
After rising divide the dough into 4 parts. Each part again divided into 4 parts. To defer a small piece from pinching off 16 pieces of dough in order to subsequently attach small balls for buns. So, the rolls will be sixteen.
To give the rolls a rounded shape, you must, taking the piece in her palm, roll it in a circular motion clockwise almost one and the same place.
Attach to each roll a small ball, the smaller the size the ball, the more beautiful will the bun.
Leave the buns for proofing... cover with a towel.
Grease muffin if desired, with egg white.
Bake at T-220*C for about 10 minutes. All a pleasant appetite!
