Now for lentils and vegetables. Lentils a good rinse and then boil in sufficient quantity of water. Boil until cooked, salt to taste. If You are not sure that the lentils to be cooked quickly (I have 50 minutes cooked), it is best to soak at least 2 hours in cold water.
Celery and carrots cut into cubes, fry in vegetable oil.
Zucchini (I did not unfreeze. I have cubes of frozen) add to vegetables.
Sliced tomato (the skin is better to remove).
And press out the garlic. Pour a little water. Salt, pepper - to taste. You can add spices, but I didn't, I wanted the clean taste of vegetables, and enough bread spices.

Bake 25 minutes in a preheated 200 degree oven. The result is a fragrant lentils with vegetables and its "Autonomous" bread. When serving, served separately chopped coriander.
