Strudels from Lyudmila
My version of this German dishes. Specially for the cook Alisa-108.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    1 kg

  • Cabbage

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    700 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Yogurt

    0.5 l

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

Cooking

Loosely knead the dough and leave for some time covered. Chop the meat (I got chicken) and fry in a cast iron cauldron.

After 10 minutes add carrots and onions.

While the meat cooked, and the dough is resting, cut the cabbage and cut into slices kartofel (about 0.5 cm).

Put the meat into the cabbage and let stew for 10 minutes.

The time taken for the dough. Roll out into sheets, grease the sheet with oil and twist in the roll, cut into pieces 2-3 cm

Now for the Kale, stack the potatoes. Then lightly podsalvage and pepper black pepper.

On top put the slices of dough, only not close to each other, because during cooking they swell and increase in size.
