Cooking
In kefir add soda, then water, sugar and flour. Knead the dough. It should come unstuck from hands, but not to be cool, as for dumplings. Flour may need more.
Roll out the dough, we make it Vitushka or just cut in several places.
Fry in a pan until Golden brown on both sides. Oil should be plenty, so that ecomcity have swum in it))
Sprinkle with powdered sugar. All. Bon appetit!
