Cooking
Make some warm milk (40 degrees).
To the milk add sugar, 350 g sifted flour and yeast, stir well. Cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 40 minutes.
After a specified time add the egg, salt and the remaining 150g of flour. Mix thoroughly and leave to rise for 1 hour.
While the dough rises, make the filling. Seeds (or nuts) to fry on a dry pan until Golden brown. If using walnuts, they should be lightly crushed.
Add sugar, cinnamon and vegetable oil. Keep on medium heat until until the sugar is fully melted and will not "stick" to the seeds.
Remove from heat, transfer to a plate and allow to cool completely.
The pan, heat on medium heat, grease with vegetable oil. Take a metal or silicone ring, grease with oil and put in the pan. Put in the middle of the ring 1 tbsp of dough, then praline filling (quantity adjust to taste).
Sprinkle 1 tbsp of dough. Cook on low heat under a lid for about 4-5 minutes. (If you are afraid that the bottom will burn, lay the pan with parchment.) Then gently flip and cook without lid for another 1-2 minutes.
