Tangerine cupcakes
Now it is time mandarins. It's time to make those yummy cupcakes with tangerine flavor. And without a single ounce of soda or other leavening agent.

Ingredients

  • Brown sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Mandarin

    2 piece

  • Butter

    75 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    1 cup

Proteins separated from the yolks and beat until rigid peaks. In softened butter to put in sugar and beat white.

Tangerine wash, to remove from them the seeds, if they are, peel and divide into segments. To put the slices and the peel into the blender and blend it. Do not be afraid, will not be bitter. In the whipped butter put the egg yolks. Beat. Put tangerine puree and a little beat up.

You can bake in silicone molds or like me, in paper. If you want the paper molds keep the form, put them in a more dense form. Fill 2/3 and bake in the oven at t = 180 for about 20 - 25 min.
