Chicken Kung PAO

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    400 g

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Cashews

    1 handful

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    2 piece

  • Ginger

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Adjika

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Dry white wine

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Potato starch

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

Chicken fillet cut into cubes 1*1 cm cucumber, remove seeds, cut into cubes. Ginger and garlic chop. In the fillet, add all ingredients for the marinade (dry white wine, soy sauce, starch, a little salt, sugar) and mix well. Leave on for 15 minutes.

In a wok, heat a little sesame oil. Cream the butter and add spicy dried pepper, saute for a few seconds. Catch oil from hot peppers.

In a fragrant oil and fry until Golden brown chicken, then put it on a plate.

In the remaining wok oil, add the ginger and garlic, fry for a few seconds,

Add spicy chili paste, stir.

Return the wok fried chicken fillet and add the cucumber. Warm. Stir in the nuts.

Mix a little starch with water (0.5 tbsp starch + 0,5 tbsp water), mix with the remaining ingredients for the sauce (salt, sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar).

Pour the sauce into the wok, mix well.
