Sweet tea is a tradition not only in our family but in many others. And post, of course, not a reason to abandon this tradition, but rather an incentive to experiment with recipes and baking. The cake turns out very tasty! I recommend to try.

Cooking
The recipe I used brown sugar Mistral Universal.
Brew a Cup of strong black tea.
In a bowl put half of the sliced banana, sugar, honey, vegetable oil, warm brew, 1 Cup of flour.
Mix with a mixer until smooth.
The second Cup of flour mixed with salt and soda. Mix well.
Pour into the bowl with the dough and mix again with a mixer until smooth.
Pour the batter into the pan. I have shape diameter 18 cm
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes.
Make the cream. Peel oranges, divide into slices, remove the films. Put it into the blender. Zest of one orange cut into pieces and add to the pulp. There also add half a banana and chopped nuts.
Ready sponge cake cut into 3 layers.
Coat of filling layers and top coat.
Decorate with fresh banana slices and nuts. Allow to soak for about 1-2 hours. Served! Bon appetit!
