Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 Tbsp

  • Potato starch

    10 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    20 g

  • Sour cream

    400 g

  • Fruit

Separate the whites from the yolks, beat the whites with 3 tablespoons sugar in a solid foam.
