Cooking
For the pancakes mix the flour, starch, salt, vanilla sugar, eggs, mineral water. Dilute with milk until the consistency of batter for pancakes. It took me a little bit, ml 50-70... Leave for 30 minutes.
In a large pan, in butter and bake pancakes. Keep them in a warm place. I left them on the plate next to the pan, covered with foil.
For the sauce heat the cream and dissolve them in chocolate.
Cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes. Remove from heat, mixed syrup. I used homemade blueberry syrup.
Pancakes coat with sauce and turn rolls.
Cut the rolls into pieces.
