Coconut cupcake with cherry
When I saw this recipe, I realized that you need the oven, since I'm a fan of cherry and coconut. Cake turned out very tasty! The dough is light and fluffy. Thank you very much Marina (mimi_shka) with LJ.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    120 g

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Lemon juice

  • Coconut shavings

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    175 g

  • Cherry

    200 g

  • Liqueur

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

Pour the cherry liqueur and filled with sugar for half an hour. For baking, I cook the liqueur for this recipe: http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/42 308/. In a small frying pan melt 1 tsp of butter and add the cherries with segregated juice, tormented to almost complete evaporation.
