Portuguese cream cakes
It is the national pride of Portugal, as we have, for example, Tula gingerbread. Delicious cakes, despite the fresh dough. The highlight of this delicious custard. Well, very tasty!

They are too big for these cakes, and not very good quality. If there are forms already higher than mine,besides, Teflon or ceramic - it will be very good. Forms do not need to grease.

Now for the cream: yolks shall pound with powdered sugar and flour (1 tbsp).

The cream with vanilla sugar and put on fire and bring to a boil (do not boil).

Pour the cream into the yolks, stirring actively.

The mixture is then pour into the pan and cook, stirring,over low heat until thick.

Get the form from the refrigerator and fill them with cream 2/3.

Bake at 250 degrees in a heated oven for 15 - 20 minutes.
