Pie with cheese and herbs
This pie goes well with everything: tender dough with sour cream (no eggs) and the filling of cheese and herbs, and a creamy filling. Tender and juicy, it is, for sure, many will have to taste. Especially good warm.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.2 cup

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    2 cup

  • Greens

    2 coup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cream

    400 ml

  • Salt

    0.75 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.125 tsp

Pour the flour into a bowl, add sour cream, salt, butter and knead the dough. Mix until until the dough no stops sticking to the walls. You can, if necessary, add a little flour, I added 2 times 1 tablespoon. Roll the dough into a ball and put in refrigerator for about 3 hours.
