Yeast тестоv I'm not very friendly and not trying to do, but that pie is always solved, surprisingly, it turns out beautifully always. Soft, fluffy yeast dough, with a bunch of different cheeses. Each time a cake is a different flavor, depending on the amount and variety of cheeses.

Cooking
Mix all ingredients for the dough, and put in a warm place for 1.5-2 hours, once the dough and press down. The batter should be not tough, feels sticky, a bit chewy. Flour is not needed.
The dough should increase in 2-2,5 times.
Cheese for the filling cut into cubes.
Oil for coating turn the heat a little, but not melt. Liberally grease the pan and the dough, then use your hands to knead the dough on the bottom of the form.
Spread on the batter, cubes of cheese, flatten them slightly into the dough.
To fill egg slightly beaten with the milk, add the pepper, paprika, sour cream, stir until smooth.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Evenly pour the filling on the cheese, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. 30-35 minutes, until Golden brown. To give the cake to stand for 15-20 minutes. Then slice and eat.
