  • Potatoes

  • Sausage

  • Onion

Peas boil 4 minutes in salted water. Drain. Sausage cut into cubes and slightly fry. Fry the onions separately. Cut the potatoes into wedges. All components of the mix.

Beat the eggs with milk + salt and pepper (if you have one, add the greens) + grated cheese. Lubricate the form. Spread vegetable stuffing and pour the egg mixture.
