Fish cutlets
A few years ago I found this recipe in some cooking magazine, since the only way to prepare fish cakes. They are incredibly juicy and tender.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    1 kg

  • Crab sticks

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Bread crumbs

Cooking

Finely chop the onion and fry until Golden brown. Fish and crab sticks skip through Mincer. To connect with the onions, add the egg, salt and pepper (to taste, but don't forget that crab sticks salt). Stuffing mix well.

Roll in breadcrumbs and fry on medium heat on both sides until Golden brown.
