Flour mixed with sugar (if you want you can add vanilla sugar)
Add the yogurt (I got strawberry), mix
And fast samesite uniform dough, form a ball and put it on 30 minutes in the refrigerator
Shape with a diameter of 26 cm oil, the dough can be rolled out, but it's easier to shape it with your hands right in the baking dish, prick with a fork and place in a preheated oven (200 degrees) for 25 minutes
500 grams of strawberries grind in a blender, puree and add to the sugar, stir
Pour gelatin into a saucepan or bowl
Pour very hot water to cover
Add the juice of half a lemon, stir
Cool slightly, then add to the strawberry puree with the sugar and mix, place the stuffing in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, so it thickens a bit
Cake put on the dish and on top arrange the thick stuffing, flatten
The remaining 250 grams of berries and wash and cut it in half, decorate the round cake with them
Put the cake in the fridge somewhere else for 30-40 minutes before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar
