Stuffed squid
To be honest the recipe was invented on the fly -it turned out very tasty! :-)

Ingredients

  • Squid

    3 piece

  • Crab sticks

    0.5 pack

  • Corn

    0.5 can

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Figure

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

Crab sticks cut into cubes and add to the onions, fry. Add canned corn, fry for 5 minutes on and off. Transfer to a bowl.

Boil the rice and add to our zazharku. To salt, fill with eggs, mix well. The stuffing is ready!

Squid boil in salted water for 5 minutes. Remove the membranes and chitinous bone, wash.

Now take the squid and stuffing filling. Edges sew thread. Boil in water for 5-7 minutes.

Remove the squid, cool, pull out the bone and slice like a sausage. Bon appetit! Of the remaining stuffing, I formed patties and fried them in vegetable oil. It turned out incredibly delicious!!!
