Of Danish, or a Danish manufacturer, is an Austrian pastries, rooted in Denmark, where it spread throughout Europe and North America. Danesi can be very different shapes with various fillings: nuts/raisins, creamy cheese, different fruits and berries. Very crispy puff pastry and fragrant filling.

Cooking
To prepare the filling. In a Cup mix the cheese, egg yolk, vanilla, zest and powdered sugar.
I have powdered sugar and vanilla company NAA.
Cut the dough into squares.
Formed of Danish as follows. Be folded in half.
To grease with a yolk mixed with milk. In the center put the filling and berries as desired.
Spread on a baking sheet, I have a silicone Mat.
Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15-20 minutes until Golden brown. Sprinkle with the thyme. Bon appetit!
