Cooking
In a bowl mix 300 g of flour and sugar.
The water should be very cold. I put a bowl of water in freezer for half an hour. In the water add salt and vegetable oil. Beat with a mixer until a homogeneous white emulsion.
Pour the emulsion into the flour with the sugar, knead the dough. Apples finely chop the slices.
On the working surface pour the remaining flour, knead the dough and divide it into two parts. One part roll out thinly and lay out on a baking tray (24*34 cm) covered with baking paper.
Spread on top of apples, sprinkle with cinnamon. I sprinkled the apples with powdered sugar with cinnamon.
The second part of the test roll out and cover the Apple layer. The dough will break, so will have to try to cover the pie. The top of the cake sprinkle with sugar for a crispy crust!
Remove the cake in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. The aroma when baking is wonderful!! Ready pie to cool, slice and serve with tea!
