Cooking
Boil the peeled potatoes in slightly salted water until tender. Cool completely. Skip through Mincer with a fine grid.
In a saucepan pour the milk, add coffee and bring mixture to a boil. Fire to disable.
Strain the coffee milk through a fine sieve (I put another and a double layer of paper towels).
In a saucepan mix well the egg with sugar.
Add to egg and sugar percolated coffee with milk. Mix well.
Over medium heat bring mixture to a boil, lower the heat to minimum and boil our mixture (constantly, intensively stirring with a whisk!!!) until thick. Took me about 10 minutes Then put the bowl with the mixture in cold water and, all the while stirring, cooled to room temperature.
Add to the cooled mixture of mashed potatoes and minced cookies. Knead well the mass (weight gives a very plastic, it is not sticky).
In a bowl prepare the topping: mix the sugar and cocoa.
To make the resulting mass cakes potato and then roll in the sprinkles.
Put on a dish and put into the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
