Cooking
Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Separate the whites from the yolks. The egg yolks and sugar beat until white foam.
I used sugar brand "Mistral - small".
Separately beat the whites to a solid foam.
In beaten yolks add the beaten egg whites and with a spatula gently stir them.
Pour the sifted flour and too neatly spatula stir into the dough. Shape with a diameter of about 20 cm to cover with baking paper. Put the dough and bake at 200 deg. about 20 minutes or until dry matches. Cool and carefully remove paper.
To prepare the cream, mix cold cream, mascarpone, vanilla and powdered sugar.
The cream spread evenly over cold cake.
Cut the cake in half. Kiwi peel and thinly slice. Spread to the edges.
Then slice the strawberries and also put in the middle in the shape of a watermelon slice. Decorate with chocolate drops "bone". Cut into pieces and serve.
