I do not blame me, but again I share with You chocolate cakes. I am very interested in this recipe from a Chinese cooking website. Baking is air, and the combination of banana, caramel sauce and chocolate will not leave You indifferent!

Cooking
For the dough I use a bread machine. If You do not - do not worry, you can knead the dough by hand. In the bucket of a bread machine pour warm water, add yeast.
Then in a bucket, add the sifted flour and cocoa, sugar, salt, egg yolks, softened butter.
Knead the dough using the bread machine.
Leave the dough in a warm place until increased in volume two times.
The dough was very bubbly and pleasant to work. Eminem the dough and divide into six equal parts.
The original recipe for baking small bochonochek used molds of size 10*5 cm, I have none, so I tried to bake them in the cake tin, which has a size of 10 x 30 cm. First I made a form with parchment, greased with oil.
Each piece of dough roll out.
Now the dough needs to be put in a baking dish.
Cut a long strip of parchment paper, grease it on both sides with oil. Put the rolls in the form of shifting parchment.
Leave the dough in a warm place to increase in volume twice (don't forget to cover with a bag so the tops are not withered).
Bake loaves in the oven at 200 degrees about 25 minutes (if You have separate molds for baking as the original recipe, the baking time should be reduced to 15-17 minutes).
Take out the finished cakes their the oven, allow to cool completely.
Prepare the cream: on low speed, beat chilled cream, adding a pinch of salt, softened butter and condensed milk.
Again, beat at low speed until a homogeneous cream.
Put cream in a pastry syringe.
Bananas clean, cut into cubes.
Cut the cooled loaves with a sharp knife, not reaching base of approximately 1-1,5 see
