Cooking
In a pan pour 2 liters of water and bring to a boil, add the meat, whole onion, Bay leaf, salt and pepper and cook over low heat 30-35 minutes Drain meat on plate, broth can be saved for the first course.
In a saucepan heat the butter and stew the onions, the leeks and green 2-3 minutes, add meat and simmer for 2-3 minutes, add the couscous, pour 100 ml of broth and simmer 5 min. Remove from heat, cool.
Add the cheeses and lightly toasted nuts, eggs, parsley, stir, taste and then season with salt and pepper if necessary.
Build 1 part of the dough shape to the sides, and evenly put the filling.
Cover with the second sheet of dough, trim the hanging edges and good sculpt tips, press the edges with a fork. Slightly cut the cake into portions, brush the top with oil.
Bake in pre-heated to 190-200 degrees C oven for 45-50 mins until Golden brown. Be guided by your oven!
PS From the broth, adding a little water, cooked vegetable soup of cabbage, potatoes, tomatoes and peppers turned out delicious and a complete meal.
