Pie with cottage cheese and redcurrant
This cake is not only delicious, but also useful! In the composition of the pie no flour, but instead a mixture of flakes 5 cereals, and even the filling of cottage cheese and red currant. Come and help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Flakes cereal

    200 g

  • Brown sugar

    170 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vanilla essence

  • Red currants

    200 g

I took a mixture of flakes 5 cereals, but I think you can take any cereal. Into the processor put the cereal, butter, brown sugar and baking powder.

Grind until it forms a dough.

To prepare the filling you need to beat the eggs and brown sugar.

Add the ricotta and beat until smooth. Pour a few drops of vanilla essence.

Grease ovenproof form and lay half of the dough, well compacted.

Pour the cottage cheese stuffing, from above to lay the currants (I used frozen, no defrosting it).

For the filling put the remaining dough. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.

Allow to cool completely, what I, as always, did not, so not very beautiful pieces, but this is not important, important is that good!
