Cottage cheese and blueberry cake
Striped cake, which is prepared very simply, will delight you with the excellent taste!

Ingredients

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    500 g

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Sugar

    400 g

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Gelatin

    2 Tbsp

  • Blueberries

    200 g

Spread on the bottom of a split form, and put into the fridge to solidify.

Solidifies while the cake base, prepare the cream. To do this, whisk the cheese with sugar and sour cream in a homogeneous mass.

Grind the blueberries into the blender. Cottage cheese divided into two parts, one part is a quarter less than the other. In a smaller part of the added blueberry mass and stir.

Dissolve gelatin according to instructions. Cream heat (but not boiling), add to it the gelatine and stir. Divide the mixture in half and add both halves of the cream. Get the form from the refrigerator, spread along side the ring of parchment. Spread the filling alternately, four tablespoons of white and then blueberry filling, and so on until the end.
