Home-made scones
Bake these scones for many years. Everyone is excited. You can also try this.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Water

    500 ml

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Flour

    2500 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

In milk pour the boiled cooled water. Add salt, sugar, baking powder, mayonnaise, butter, yeast. Mix well.

Gradually whisk add the flour. Knead the dough. To give "rest" for 1-1.5 hours.

An hour and a half divide the dough into 6 pieces of about 300 grams each. Make balls and give "rest" for 20-30 minutes.

On a greased baking sheet to put the bun and gently, starting from the middle, pressing with your fingers to form a pellet.
