Brownies
Tender, delicious cakes, with pineapple and pumpkin, with a layer of bitter chocolate. Great for tea parties! I got the idea from the site jazzedcook. com (I asinine for step-by-step pictures - my camera died)

Ingredients

  • Butter

    300 g

  • Sugar

    180 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vanilla

  • Pumpkin

    250 g

  • Pineapple

    1 can

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Eyeglasses

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Nuts

    150 g

  • Milk

    100 g

  • Chocolate milk

    200 g

Cooking

Melt the butter - I do it in the microwave. Whisk it with the sugar, add the egg, vanilla and whisk thoroughly.

Pineapples (no syrup) grind them into mush and add to the butter mixture, there also add pumpkin puree. Again, give everything a good stir.

In a separate container mix flour, oatmeal,cinnamon, baking soda,salt, and all this added to the oil mixture.

Walnuts grind,but not very finely. Add them to the dough.

Here is here is the dough. A baking pan with baking paper, pour on it the dough (I have one pan not fit all. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven throughout 15-20 minutes. Take out of the oven, allow to cool a bit and cut our dough into diamonds.

In a water bath melt the chocolate, add milk and butter, we need the mass has a consistency, prigodnoi for spreading. Our remove cream from the heat. Spread our diamonds and put one on the other. Brownies are ready!!!
