Tori tempura chicken breast
Tempura (jap. 天 ( 617;羅 tempura) — a popular category of Japanese dishes from fish, seafood and vegetables cooked in batter and deep fried. I assure you, tender, melting in your mouth, marinated chicken breast, in a crispy flakes will not leave anyone indifferent. Good both cold and hot.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    1 kg

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Ginger

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Bread crumbs

    50 g

Cooking

Breast wash, dry and cut into slices across the grain

Add the meat, salt, sugar, sauce, pepper, garlic, ginger, grated on a fine grater, mix well, cover and leave for 3 hours at room temperature

Eggs lightly whisk with a fork, add to them the milk and mix well. Dip into the mixture a piece of chicken

Then coat in Japanese bread flakes and leave for 3 minutes. Fry in hot vegetable oil on both sides until Golden brown.
