Cheese cake
This delicious and simple cake I cooked for several years. I really like this lemon taste and aroma that lingers while it's baking. Cupcake turns out a little "wet" - just for my taste. Try it, maybe will like you.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Sugar

    0.7 cup

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Raisins

    0.5 cup

  • Lemon

    60 g

  • Soda

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

  • Juice

    3 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    5 Tbsp

Cooking

Remove the lemon peel.

Raisins pour boiling water.

Soft butter (margarine) RUB with sugar.

Add the zest and juice of lemon, salt, soda, eggs and all mix well.

Add minced cottage cheese and raisins.

Spread the dough with your hands, because it is quite thick, in a greased (you can even sprinkle with flour) form and lightly stamped to fill voids and level the surface.

Bake in a heated to 200 degrees oven for about 50 minutes. Let cool and remove from forms.

Now prepare the glaze: mash it thoroughly with powdered sugar and cranberry juice.
