This cake was made according to the recipe my American friend. For competition "School time"

Cooking
Break biscuits into small pieces and mix with butter and 2 tbsp sugar
distribute the mixture in the form and flatten it
In a bowl, whisk cream cheese with sugar (220 g) for 2 minutes
Add to this mixture the eggs and vanilla and beat again. Add sour cream and stir.
Pour the mixture into the mold and bake in a preheated oven to 230C for 10 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 90C and bake for another 45 minutes. Then turn off the oven, open up the door and leave the cake to cool in the oven. Then put in the refrigerator.
To prepare berry syrup: Mix sugar (300g) with starch. Add water and berries
Cook, stirring, over low heat. Bring to a boil. Cook for another 2 minutes until thick. Allow to cool.
Cake cut into portions and arrange on plates. From top to pour the syrup
And enjoy its pleasant taste!
