Sweet and sour eggplant with chicken
Very tasty Chinese food. Can be served as a separate dish, and rice. I advise you to try it!!!!!!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic powder

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Corn starch

    2 tsp

  • Water

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame

Cooking

Eggplant wash, cut into cubes, put in a single layer and sprinkle with salt. Leave on for 20-30 minutes.
