Crayfish with sour cream
I usually cook the crayfish with salt and sugar, but recently saw the idea of adding sour cream-and is so pleased that now I cook only way. I hope you will like it!

Ingredients

  • Cancers

    2 kg

  • Salt

    6 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Dill

    2 handful

  • Bay leaf

    4 piece

  • Sour cream

    400 g

Live crawfish rinsed with running water.

Pour into 5-quart saucepan of water to boil and add salt, SUGAR, dill, Bay leaf. There lay the crayfish and after boiling, boil for 20 minutes.

Turn off the heat, add sour cream and leave for at least 1 hour.

We have a rare meet blue crayfish, so took a picture on the memory of such beauty.
