Cooking
Cookies grind into crumbs with rolling pin or blender.

Cream cheese, yogurt and lemon juice beat with a mixer. Take 2 tbsp of cream and add the mixture of gelatin with sugar, blend.
To connect with generovani cream mass, mix, wait a few minutes for the cream to harden. Spread the cream on the cookie, form, flipping over the table, smooth the surface and refrigerate at least 3 hours. I walked with a spatula, you can put a picture with a fork. Maybe someone will be useful, the walls of the mould I greased lightly with vegetable oil without smell.
